# PitchScan

> Free AI pitch deck analyzer for founders. The free scan is one pass: three condensed VC partner archetypes read the deck together, run 14 named checks on it, and return a score out of 100, a letter grade, a one-line verdict and the 3 most severe findings. No signup, no credit card, 5 scans per day per IP. A one-time $5 purchase runs the full pipeline instead.

The free scan seats three archetypes. The Value Investor checks unit economics, business model, defensibility and downside risk. The Growth Partner checks market size, timing, traction, momentum and category potential. The Risk Realist checks competition, execution risk, team gaps, regulatory exposure and weak claims. That is 14 named checks, evaluated in a single model call, converging on one consensus score. The letter grade is a fixed map from that score (A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-), not a stage-adjusted judgement.

The $5 report is the multi-agent product: 7 to 10 personas are selected for the deck out of a bank of 11, each reads it independently in its own model call, and a meta-analysis pass reconciles their disagreement. It delivers the full committee debate persona by persona, every probable objection with a suggested answer, the reconciled verdict, and an investment memo PDF. It does not produce a slide-by-slide verdict and it does not produce a simulated partner-meeting Q&A.

Data handling, stated precisely: the uploaded PDF is deleted immediately after it is read. The extracted text and the verdict are kept for 7 days so a purchase can be attached without re-uploading, then purged automatically by a daily job. Never used to train models, never shared with third parties. There is no self-serve deletion endpoint: earlier removal is handled by emailing hello@pitchscan.io.
